About Tell Me a Story:

The theme for Bob Horan's newest work, Tell Me a Story, is one that Bob is very familiar with. Perhaps the reason many of his fans are quick to call him a "folk singer" is his love for a good story, and the songs and artists that have most influenced him are ones that know how to do just that. Tell Me a Story is a selection of works by those influences, and a few friends. Each song is a tale in itself.

Don't be confused by his rustic image, the songs on his latest CD cover a multitude of musical genres. A little country, a little rock 'n' roll, and yes, a little folk, among other musical influences including Big Band and Reggae permeate Bob's music. Because of the broad base of types of music on Tell Me a Story, perhaps the only way to describe it would be "folk" - music about many kinds of people, for all audiences.
